Rory Shearer

I am drawn to the multi-layered surfaces that my rural environment displays throughout the seasons and also the impact farmers and their livestock have on the land. My use of slips/metal oxide washes/Shino and Celadon glazes including various mark making techniques are my response to this sense of place.

I hope that my pots are used, comfortable to hold and fit for purpose.
